Xceed Resources is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality services while creating meaningful employment opportunities within our community. With decades of experience, we partner with public agencies and private organizations to deliver reliable maintenance, environmental, and workforce services.
Our roots trace back to the 1960s, when community programs in El Paso were created to support individuals with developmental disabilities through vocational training and work opportunities. What began as a small workshop program grew into a trusted service provider for the City of El Paso and the State of Texas.
Over the years, our organization expanded operations, secured municipal and state contracts, and continued building opportunities for individuals to develop job skills and participate in the workforce.
